These terms apply only to the public Website. Access to Fininly’s software platform, including any customer or investor environment, is governed by the applicable agreements for that service. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the service agreements govern the service.

The Website describes Fininly’s software and related services for investment platforms, crowdfunding, fund management and private capital operations. Its content is for general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer to invest or to enter into a financial transaction.
We aim to keep the Website accurate and current, but features, availability and descriptions may change. A statement on the Website does not create a contractual commitment unless it is expressly included in a written agreement with Fininly.
